We keep this notice short and honest, in the same spirit as the rest of the site: we collect very little, we use it only for what you asked, and we tell you plainly what happens to it.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, if you request the Arko catalogue through the form on our homepage.
• Your name, email address and — if you choose to share them — your organisation, who you represent and a message, if you request a briefing through the form on our homepage.
• Your name, email address and — if you choose to share them — your phone number, plot location and a message, if you send an order request from one of our home pages.
• Whatever you choose to include when you email or call us directly.

How we use it

We use your details to do what you asked: email you the catalogue, respond to your enquiry or order request, and arrange briefings you request. When you request the catalogue we email it to you straight away and copy our own inbox, so the team can follow up and answer your questions. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

Where your data lives

The website is served through Cloudflare's global network, and the emails we send you (such as the catalogue) are delivered through Cloudflare's email service. Form submissions and the copy of each email we send you arrive in our company inbox, where access is limited to the Arko team members who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your request — for catalogue requests, until the catalogue has been sent and any follow-up you asked for is complete. Email us at any time and we will delete your details.

Your rights

Under the Barbados Data Protection Act, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to hello@arkohomes.com and we will respond.

Changes to this notice

If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
